Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TOCKI (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The App is a digital fidget experience: you press virtual keycaps and enjoy visual, audio, and haptic feedback. The developer may add, change, or discontinue features and content (keycap sets, sounds, and similar) at any time; material changes will be announced in update notes or in the App.
2. Virtual Currency (Coins)
- Coins are earned for free through in-app activity and can only be exchanged for virtual items inside the App.
- Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or refunded for money, and cannot be transferred to others.
- The developer may adjust how coins are earned and how items are priced as needed to operate the service.
3. Paid Purchases
- Payments and refunds for paid products (such as a premium upgrade) follow Apple App Store policies and procedures.
- Refunds are requested through Apple and may be outside the developer’s control.
4. Data and Responsibility
- Your usage data (press counts, coins, owned items, and similar) is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account.
- The developer cannot access this data and cannot guarantee recovery of data lost due to your environment — device changes, App deletion, or iCloud settings changes.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App and its content (designs, graphics, sounds, names, and similar) belong to the developer. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content without permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Interfere with the normal operation of the App (including abnormal coin acquisition or data manipulation)
- Modify the App or create derivative works without permission
- Violate applicable laws
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is.” The developer does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, except for damages caused by the developer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to These Terms
The developer may change these terms when necessary. Changes and their effective date will be announced in the App or on this page in advance; continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
