Privacy Policy

TOCKI (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.

1. Information the Developer Collects

The developer does not collect your personal information.

Every feature works without creating an account.
The App has no developer-operated server, and the data the App creates is never sent to the developer.
The App does not access your email, phone number, contacts, location, or photos.
The App does not track you for advertising. It never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

The above describes information the developer collects directly. The Google AdMob advertising SDK bundled with the App independently collects and processes some information, such as device identifiers, in order to serve ads; section 4 below describes its scope.

2. Data Stored by the App

The following data is created while you use the App and is stored only on your device:

Keycap press counts (total and daily), coins earned and spent, and day streaks
Keycap sets you own and the keycap/sound you have equipped
App settings such as haptics and sound preferences
If you use Sign in with Apple, the name Apple provides and any nickname you set

This data is never transmitted to the developer’s servers, and the developer has no access to it.

The App offers Sign in with Apple as an optional feature.

It requests your name only — never your email address.
The name is used solely to display it in the App and is stored on your device and in your own iCloud.
You can remove the account link and nickname at any time with “Delete Account” in the App.

4. Advertising

The App shows Google AdMob ads so it can stay free to use.

To serve those ads, Google may collect and process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad impression/click data on its own. This information is not provided to the developer in personally identifiable form.
Because the App never asks for tracking permission, ads are not personalized using the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s advertising and privacy policies.
Purchasing Premium removes ads from the App.

5. iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled on your device, the data above may sync across your devices through Apple’s iCloud.

Synced data is stored in your own Apple account storage; the developer cannot access it.
You can turn off iCloud sync at any time in your device’s iCloud settings.
Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Payments

In-app purchases (such as a premium upgrade) are processed by Apple’s App Store payment system. The developer does not collect or store your payment details.

The developer collects no personal information, so none is shared with third parties. The information Google processes independently to serve ads is described in section 4.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages, and the developer collects no personal information from any user, including children.

9. Your Rights

You control the data stored by the App. Deleting the App removes the data stored on your device; data synced to iCloud can be removed from your device’s iCloud settings. The Sign in with Apple link can be removed with “Delete Account” in the App.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes (for example, if server features are introduced), we will provide notice in the App or on this page. If the App ever begins collecting personal information, we will clearly disclose what is collected and why.
